I started Codefire Labs to do IT the way I always wished it was done — direct, honest, and genuinely on your side. For twenty years that meant fixing networks, sorting servers, and keeping small businesses online.
AI changed what's possible. The same problems I used to solve with a patch and a workaround, I can now solve properly — building custom tools that take the repetitive work off your plate entirely. It's the most useful shift I've seen in my career, and it's what I spend my days on now.
What hasn't changed: you deal with me, not a sales team. I build it, I explain it in plain English, and you own it at the end.
